Le présent marché a pour objet la rénovation de locaux en vue de l’installation de deux nouvelles unités de soins de gériatrie sur le site d’Hornu. Ces locaux sont situés sur deux plateaux dans un bâtiment modulare (bloc D) constitué de 3 niveaux (rez-de-chaussée et R+2 posé sur un sous-sol en construction classique non modulare). Cette rénovation aura lieu au sein de deux services préalablement déménagés de leur activité. Les locaux à adapter sont principalement des locaux sanitaires en vue de les rendre accessibles aux patients à mobilité réduite, des locaux de détente du personnel et des bureaux. Aussi, une rampe d’accès d’urgence sera à construire au deuxième étage en vue de disposer d’une voie d’évacuation en cas de panne de l’ascenseur en rejoignant le service de maternité.
