… undertakes to perform these subcontracts at a price to be calculated on the basis of the unit prices indicated in his tender, which may be revised in accordance with the review clause set out in these specifications. The commissioning board reserves the right to increase or reduce the amount of the total work to be carried out within the statutory regulatory and contractual limits. This means that not all quantities indicated in the measurement statement will necessarily be exported. The amount of work to be carried out will depend on the actual needs and the budgetary possibilities of the managing board for the years concerned. The Board reserves the right to change the quantities stated and to decide during each year of service which works will or will not be carried out. The contractor cannot claim compensation if these presumed quantities are not reached. Lot 1: construction, maintenance and repair of cycle and footpaths in element pavement (no cobblestones). The order amount of the lot is limited to 431.004,69 euro excluding VAT or 521.515,67 euro including VAT in service year 2027 with possibility to extend for the same amount in service years 2028, 2029 and 2030. Lot 2: construction, maintenance and repair of cycle paths in asphalt. The order amount of the lot is limited to 50,250.80 euros excluding VAT or 60,803.47 euros including VAT in the year of service 2027 with possibility to extend for the same amount in the years of service 2028, 2029 and 2030. Lot 3: maintenance and repair of cobblestone roads. The order amount of the lot is limited to 9.906,38 euros excluding VAT or 11.986,72 euros including VAT in the year of service 2027 with the possibility to extend for the same amount in the years of service 2028, 2029 and 2030. Lots / Lots: This lot includes: - performing repairs to cycle and footpaths in element pavement; - all kinds of burglary, general dry earthmoving and all kinds of foundation works; - it may involve small maintenance and repair work as well as maintenance and repair of larger areas; - plotting the route and the work; - applying for authorisations for signage and diversions; - setting off the required signalling; - the removal of obstacles, all kinds of break-ins and/or demolition; - making existing hardening suitable as a foundation; - the laying of foundations and pavements in the prescribed materials; - associated work, including the repair or reconstruction of embroidery, street gutters, street vaults and the like; - all kinds of adaptation works in different materials; - maintenance of the work during the guarantee period.; This lot includes: - carrying out repairs on cobblestone and mosaic roads; - all kinds of burglary, general dry earthmoving and all kinds of foundation works; - the works may include both rectifications of subsidence and repairs of larger areas; - plotting the route and the work
