The meters will be fitted to the radiators of individual apartments and non-residential premises, or, in the case of calorimeters for central heating pipes. This public contract also includes the provision of services defined by the terms of the contract for the reading and billing service in accordance with Act No 67/2013 Coll., on the regulation of certain issues related to the provision of services related to the use of apartments and non-residential premises in a house with apartments, as amended, and in accordance with Decree No 269/2015 Coll., on the allocation of costs, as amended. The contract for the reading and billing service will be concluded for a period of 10 years (cycle of radio modules and buses), the binding proposal of which is Annex 5 to the tender documentation. Before the start of the implementation, it is necessary to contact the technician of the Housing and Other Economy Department, which will specify which of the housing units will be free during the implementation (handover of keys) and which housing units and premises will be used during the implementation of the tenant. The selected contractor (the contractor) will notify the tenants one week before the start of the works, that the existing radio meters will be replaced by meters with remote reading of data. The notification will be made in the form of written information placed in a visible place (lift, main door, notice board).
