… commissioning must take place on site, during which all functions (e.g. QR scanner, touch panel, API connection, network connection) are checked, system tests are carried out and the integration into the existing IT infrastructure (Active Directory, Cloud Backend) is confirmed. -Finally, an on-site staff briefing is to be carried out in which the administrators and IT contact persons (3 to 6 persons) of the school are informed of the operation, maintenance and security aspects of the system and receive corresponding documents. These services comprise the complete range of services from the preparation to the ready-to-use handover to the school. Subsequently, the maintenance of use must be ensured by appropriate licensing and maintenance. Maintenance includes all the services required on a regular and ad hoc basis to ensure the reliable, safe and permanently functional operation of the Smart Locker and Transfer System. These include in particular: - regular inspection, maintenance and functional testing of all hardware and software components, - error analysis and troubleshooting including remote maintenance, - execution of software, firmware and security updates, - replacement of defective components and wear parts (costs for replaced parts outside the warranty against invoice), - data backup, system diagnosis and restoration of operational readiness, - telephone and digital support for the authorized users during the business hours of the contractor, - documentation of all maintenance, repair and services.
