This Procurement Guide concerns the purchase of services in the context of Youth Aid within the meaning of Article 1.1 of the Youth Act for the municipalities of The Hague, Delft, Midden-Delfland, Leidschendam-Voorburg, Pijnacker-Nootdorp, Rijswijk, Wassenaar, Westland and Zoetermeer (hereinafter jointly: ‘the regional municipalities’). The regional municipalities launched the contract for the provision of youth aid in 2020 through an open house admission procedure and on that basis concluded Development and Result Agreements with effect from 1 January 2021. The present procedure does not concern a new contract, but a reopening of this existing authorisation procedure. Youth support providers may apply to provide youth support under the Development and Result Agreements in force, extended and updated from 1 January 2027.
