What the buyer is looking for

The former NME building, located in the Haarlem Kweektuin, was dismantled in May 2026, leaving only the hull. This hull must be reused when a new building is built. The project consists of the realisation work for the new building. For this purpose, a design has been developed up to UO level including specifications (based on STABU), with corresponding calculations being worked out in detail. The Contractor is responsible, among other things, for: - Realising the established design; - Obtaining all necessary permits except the environmental permit (has already been granted); - Environmental management during the implementation phase (mainly local, as of commission execution); - Coordinate any work by third parties
