What the buyer is looking for
The current Wmo tailor-made agreements for daytime activities are no longer appropriate to current laws and regulations, jurisprudence and municipal policy wishes. The result-oriented indication on which the agreements are based is not permitted by rulings of the Central Appeals Board. In addition, internal signals and internal research show that the current set-up entails risks for legality, efficiency and quality of care. The existing agreements also do not sufficiently meet new requirements, such as improved management of hours spent, the use of the HHM standards framework and the desire to apply the new Wmo Contract Standards. As a result, it was decided to terminate the current contracts early as of 1 August 2027 and to start a new procedure.
