What the buyer is looking for
This publication concerns the continuation of the Dynamic Purchasing System (reference no. 31101172, TenderNed reference 106582), which was put into use by both Rijkswaterstaat (RWS) and Rijksvastgoedbedrijf (RVB) as of 1 July 2016. As of 1 December 2023, RWS will stop the DAS. Rijkswaterstaat has decided to replace the DAS procurement channel for hiring with broker services, as previously announced via this channel. RWS will therefore no longer use the DAS for new hiring assignments as of 1 December 2023. However, the Rijksvastgoedbedrijf has decided for the time being to continue to use the DAS for the specialist hiring assignments that cannot be provided for by the current government-wide framework agreements. The current DAS will therefore remain operational beyond 1 December 2023, with the State Real Estate Agency as the sole user.
