What the buyer is looking for
Subject-matter of the contract The tender aims to provide WSHD with a dynamic purchasing system (DAS) for the recruitment and hiring of temporary staff in different categories as of 1 October 2023. These categories are described in more detail in Chapter 4 of this call for tenders. The DAS is the successor to the current dynamic purchasing system for hiring temporary staff published under number 93422 on the Negometrix 3 platform (www.negometrixl.com). Authorised candidates to the DAS under number 93422 must re-register for the DAS that is the subject of this invitation to tender but which is now taking place on the mercell.com platform. Contracts in the DAS are awarded on the basis of further requests for tenders/mini competitions via the Mercell platform.
