The purpose of this public contract will be fulfilled by providing original technical support to the manufacturer using the "Oracle Customer Success Services" service, which is related to the "Oracle Premier Support" service that VZP ČR draws on under other contracts and which complements this service to the extent necessary. The subject of this public contract is the provision of support for Oracle software products that the contracting authority is entitled to use and operate under other contracts (hereinafter referred to as "Software Products") through the Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS), i.e. support provided by the manufacturer of Software products, under the conditions set out in the contract for a period of 48 calendar months.
