The aim of this procurement is to make the provision of business travel more efficient through the provision of services related to the procurement of air transport, with an emphasis on economy, efficiency and the selection of the most economically advantageous solutions. The most economically advantageous solution is not only the lowest price, but also taking into account the length of the trip, the number of transfers, the time efficiency and the overall comfort of the business trip. At the same time, the aim is to ensure that business trips are made reliably, safely and smoothly, taking into account the availability of transport infrastructure, time efficiency, the continuity of individual connections and other circumstances necessary for the proper conduct of the business trip. The tenderer must meet all the requirements for the subject-matter of the contract set out by the contracting authority in this part of the procurement documents and in the draft framework agreement, failing which the tenderer will be excluded from the tendering procedure for failure to meet the requirements of the contracting authority for the subject-matter of the contract. The subject-matter of the contract is a set of services connected with the provision of air transport for passengers, which includes: Basic content of the services: - on the basis of the Customer's request to find suitable air connections to the desired destination and to proceed with professional care when selecting them, in accordance with the principles of economy, efficiency and expediency, so as to provide the Customer with the most cost-effective, time- and organizationally advantageous solution, - drawing up a price offer for a specific air connection according to the Customer's request, while the Customer is entitled to determine a specific flight, airline or route; the provider is obliged to submit a final price offer for the route thus determined without the obligation to propose alternative variants, - to submit, no later than 2 hours after receipt of the customer's request, at least two economically most advantageous variants of the air route, if possible, giving priority to direct air routes. If a direct air route is not available, it shall submit variants with a transfer, giving priority to the most advantageous solutions in terms of time, economic and organisational terms; - for each proposed air route variant, provide complete information on the flight, in particular the date, place and time of departure and arrival, any transfers, total journey time, length of flight, conditions of carriage, fare conditions, conditions of changes and cancellation of the ticket, as well as other information that may be relevant to the decision of the customer; - submit to the customer for each proposed variant a final and binding price offer, which shall include the price of the ticket, including all taxes, airport, fuel, security and other charges charged by the airline or other entities in connection with the air route in question; - ensure that the offer, including the proposed price of tickets and other terms of the offer, remains unchanged for at least 3 (in words: three) hours from the date and time of its delivery to the customer.
