What the buyer is looking for
The contract to be concluded is a concession contract for the private use of public water resources, the object of which is the abstraction of water for the production of hydroelectric power and the operation, maintenance and conservation of the hydraulic infrastructure of the Cabril Hydroelectric Plant, pursuant to Article 61(d) of the Water Law and Article 24 of the RURH.
