… material. b) the snow/ice cleaning is carried out manually on the surface of public horses (sidewalks and pedestrian areas related to public horses, in accordance with Annex No 2 to the specification), - Measurement unit 100 square meters. The manual cleaning of snow and ice is carried out by day and/or night, depending on the need, based on the order sent to the operator by the beneficiary. Manual cleaning of loose snow is done with twig brooms, metal or plastic shovels with a width between 0.4-0.5 sqm, manual turbo-machine. It is absolutely forbidden to store snow mixed with non-slip material around green areas (trees on the alignments, hedges, flower rotating, etc.); mechanised control of the ice (mechanised spreading of anti-skid) shall be carried out on the road surface in accordance with the areas set out in Annex 3 to the specification. The unit of measurement is 1000 square meters. The non-slip material that is used to combat the ice is sand with salt. Non-slip material will be purchased by the contracting authority. The tariff tendered for the operation of mechanised cleaning of snow and ice on public roads will be calculated, substantiated, presented and justified on the basis of the tariff justification sheet, on expenditure elements and the technical-economic memorandum justifying the appropriateness of setting the tariff, which the operator has the obligation to draw up in accordance with the provisions of Order A.N.R.S.C. No. 640/2022. d) loaded and transported snow is carried out on the surfaces related to public roads (modernised/asphalted streets/pavements and sidewalks related to public roads, public parking lots, bus stops) in Mihai Eminescu Commune. The operation is carried out after the completion of manual/mechanized cleaning of snow and ice, based on an order sent to the operator by the beneficiary. The unit of measurement is 1 mc.The operation of loading and transport of snow/ice consists of mechanized loading, transport, unloading and storage of snow and ice resulting from the cleaning of public paths on the sites indicated by the beneficiary. In Mihai Eminescu commune were established two priorities of action on snow removal, prevention and combating poleli divided into three urgent: a. Emergency I: DC614, DC62, DC61A, DC61, DC61 C, DC62A, DC62B. b. Emergency II; Village roads and Exploitation roads. The total snow-covered area of public roads/passage is 918,616 sqm/passage (the sum of the total snow-covered area/passage related to public roads with priority 1 and the total snow-covered area/passage related to public roads with priority 2), of which: a) 330,057 sqm/crossing, total area of public roads, with priority 1, snow-free/crossing b) 588,559 sqm/crossing (Village roads+Operation roads), total area of public roads, with priority 2, snow-free/crossing.
