Senate Properties will carry out the procurement on behalf of the Defence Properties and under the authority of the Defence Forces Logistics Command. Senate Properties will be responsible for the practical implementation of the procurement process. Based on competitive tendering, each client will conclude its own separate procurement contract with the supplier selected for the relevant area. Each client will be responsible for the orders, payments and contract management under their own contract.
