What the buyer is looking for
Kallio Software Oy acquires resale of Atlassian Cloud subscriptions, Marketplace applications and usage-based pricing resources, centralised euro-denominated invoicing and order management, and admin support. In Administrator Support, the Supplier advises the Subscriber and, at the Subscriber's request, makes administrator-level changes to the Subscriber's Atlassian Cloud environment. The contract will run for a fixed period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, after which it will continue for an indefinite period. The notice period for a contract valid until further notice is six (6) months for the Client and twelve (12) months for the Supplier. The acquisition does not include options.
