Etelä-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue pyytää tarjoustanne SPET-TT laitteistosta oheisen hankintaohjelman ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankintaohjelma kaikkine liitteineen on kiinteä osa tarjouspyyntöä. Hankinnan kohteena on uusi kaksidetektorinen yleiskäyttöinen SPET-TT -yhdistelmälaite, joka soveltuu isotooppilääketieteen perustutkimuksiin ja jossa on diagnostisiin TT-kuvauksiin soveltuva TT-laitteisto, jossa aksiaalikuvauksessa laitteisto pystyy mittaamaan vähintään 32 leikettä/pyörähdys. Laitteiston tulee muodostaa toimintavalmis kokonaisuus, johon sisältyvät kuvaus-, rekonstruktio-, fuusio-, laadunvalvonta-, käyttökoulutus-, huolto- ja vastaanottotarkastuskokonaisuudet. Laitteen tulee täyttää kaikki lainsäädännön ja viranomaisvaatimusten asettamat vaatimukset. Laitteisto hankitaan Seinäjoen keskussairaalan Fysiologian ja isotooppitutkimusten yksikköön. … planaari- ja koko kehon kuvauksiin, dynaamisiin kuvauksiin, SPET- ja SPET-TT -kuvauksiin, elliptisen/non circular-pyörähdysten ja potilaan ääriviivoja seuraaviin kuvauksiin, EKG-tahdistetuihin ja kaksoisisotooppikuvauksiin, luuston, munuaistoiminnan, sydänperfuusion, sydämenoikovirtauksen, keuhkojen perfuusion ja ventilaation, vartijaimusolmukkeiden, lisäkilpirauhasen, kilpirauhasmetastaasien ja aivojen dopamiinitransportterien gammakuvauksiin. Laitteella pitää pystyä tekemään vaimennus- ja sirontakorjattuja SPET-TT-kuvauksia. Laitteistolla tulee pystyä tekemään itsenäisiä diagnostisen kuvanlaadun TT-kuvauksia. TT:n tulee ola monileike-TT, jossa yhdellä pyörähdyksellä mitattu kollimoitu leikemäärä on vähintään 32 leikettä ja rekonstruoitu leikemäärä vähintään 64. Laitteessa tulee olla muokattavissa olevat kuvausprotokollat aikuisille ja lapsille, annosmodulaatio, iteratiivinen tai tekoälypohjainen rekonstruktio, metalliartefaktakorjaus, vähintään 512 x 512 kuvarekonstruktiomatriisi, vähintään 50 cm diagnostinen kuvakenttä ja mahdollisuus laskennalliseen 70 cm kuvakenttään, vähintään 150 cm helikaalikuvaus ja mahdollisuus automaattisiin rekontruktoihin. Tarjottavan laitteiston tulee sisältää kaikki tarvittavat ohjelmistot, protokollat ja työasemat edellä mainittujen tutkimusten kuvaamista ja analysointia varten. Sydänperfuusio- ja aivojen reseptorikuvausohjelmistojen tulee sisältää viitearvoihin perustuvat analysointityökalut ja toimittajan on asetettava protokollat näihin sopiviksi. Laitteiston tulee olla varustettu erityisesti luuston gammakuvauksiin optimoidulla ja luustokertymien kvantitointiin soveltuvalla ohjelmistolla. Laitteiston tulee sisältää työkalut esimerkiksi keuhkojen SPET-TT -tutkimusten fuusiointiin ja analysointiin. Myyjä vastaa laitteiston soveltuvuudesta tässä mainittuun käyttötarkoitukseen.
