What the buyer is looking for
This contract is aimed at promoting the participation of the citizen with the highest aim of entering paid work. Depending on the distance to the labour market, the focus is on: • Social participation (steps 0 to 4 on the participation ladder) • Or developing towards work (steps 5 and 6 on the participation ladder). • In addition, within the Labour Market and Participation Module (MAP), citizens focus on participation and work and gain insight into the Dutch labour market and their own possibilities and opportunities. For the participation contract, 75% of the services are carried out by Diamant-Groep/KikMaat (insourcing) and 25% are placed on the market through this tender. The municipality strives for mirror contracts, whereby both parts are arranged as equally as possible in terms of content and participants are divided according to a fixed distribution key. The agreements are concluded for an initial duration of 3 years, including 1-1-2028. Scope
