What the buyer is looking for

The main objective of the project is the production of a new type of fermented milk drink, which will increase the competitiveness of Lacrum. This product with innovative properties will complement the existing assortment. Achieving this objective is conditional on the introduction of a new, suitable filling device with parameters set by the Operational Group. The implementation of the project will bring new knowledge that can be used in other activities of the Dairy Research Institute as well as in expanding the production and marketing capacities of Lacrum. The subject of the contract is the delivery of one complete functional technological unit for Ultra Clean / ESL filling of milk, kefir and other liquid or fermented milk products into PET bottles.
