What the buyer is looking for
The objective of this Public Contract is the conclusion of a Contract for the Provision of Services, including annexes (‘the Contract’), the binding model of which is set out in Annex 3 to this Tender Documentation. On the basis of the Contract, the selected Contractor will carry out the subject of the Public Contract, which is services consisting in providing comprehensive management of the VO System, which is the property and administration of the Contracting Authority, including services consisting in the implementation of Maintenance of the VO System, Maintenance of Other Equipment and Special Lighting, Maintenance and Operation of Christmas Light Decoration, Repairs of the VO System, Operation of Controlling, Performance of the role of the VO System Guarantor and Regular Update of the VO System Passport (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Services’).
