… s.r.o. and Ing. arch. Vlasta Illievová-Santa, and forms part of the tender documents and according to which the implementation will be carried out. The Contractor is obliged to ensure the realization of the work in accordance with the project documentation, applicable technical standards and legislation, including ensuring the delineation of utilities, carrying out the necessary tests and revisions, proper waste management and handing over the functional and operational work to the Customer. The contractor is obliged to ensure the implementation of all activities, works and measures resulting from the conditions specified in the building permit and from the binding opinions of the authorities concerned, by which the client as a builder is bound. Further details are provided in Part B.1 of the OPIS of the subject of the contract of these procurement documents and in the project documentation, which forms Annex 4 to the SR.
