… Pressure Hose 1 Option: Optics 30-degree 5 pcs Optics 0-degree 3 pcs Contracting Authority is entitled to call the option devices in whole or in part. You must notify the Winner Bidder of your request until the conclusion of the contract. - Only new, i.e. unused equipment can be offered in the offer. - The winning Tenderer is responsible for the delivery, commissioning and training of the use of the new laparoscopos tower, the related accessories and (if applicable) option tools offered in its tender. - Training time: 1 day (4 hours), 4 people. - Tenderers may only bid for products that fully comply with the Contracting Authority’s specifications. In relation to the products, the tenderer must also take into account what is described in the procurement documents. - Consumables must be compatible with the recommended machine. - The contracting authority informs the economic operators that in respect of the product, the contracting authority is obliged to comply with the provisions of Decree 321/2015. (X.30) Government Decree 46(3) and (6). The contracting authority stresses that where reference is made in this notice and in the procurement documents to a manufacturer and/or type, this was done only in order to clearly define the nature of the object. The tenderer may include in its tender any other product which fulfils the function in question and is equivalent to the name, with the proviso that, in case of doubt, equivalence shall be demonstrated by the tenderer. Tenderers shall include in their offer the type of devices and the manufacturer of the device, as well as the origin. For the devices to be transported, the provisions of Government Decree 4/2009. (III. 17.) of the Minister for Health and Human Resources, and must therefore comply with the relevant standards and with legislation and other legislation in force, in particular Regulation 4/2009 (III.17.) of the Minister for Health on medical devices and Regulation 2017/745 (MDR) of the European Parliament and of the Council on medical devices. The detailed conditions are set out in the technical specifications and the draft contract forming part of the procurement documents. Tenderers may submit tenders only and exclusively in accordance with the qualitative and quantitative definitions set out in the invitation to tender and in the procurement documents.
