Repairing defective components is uneconomical or it is not possible to reliably remove water entering the caloric system. - Tasks to be completed: - Professional dismantling of the failed caloric system no. 1, by dismantling and professionally treating the contaminated refrigerant. Delivery of the dismantled equipment to the location indicated by the customer. - Installation of new outdoor and indoor units, with the professional execution of caloric piping and fittings. Filling the new system with refrigerant by performing the necessary pressure tests. Documented installation of equipment. - For both systems, the installation of the missing sludge separator and filter fittings on the water side. After installation, the water-side system is flushed, refilled with soft water, or an inhibitory substance is added based on water analysis, with which the PH range, conductivity, etc. of the medium can be optimally adjusted, thereby reducing the precipitation of contaminants. HMV heating heat pump systems No. 1 and No. 2 In the outdoor and indoor units of the systems, several compressors have stopped working. The problem is due to the improper cleanliness of the water side and the lack of filter units that were not installed during the construction. The contaminated water blocked the passages of the plate heat exchangers, which caused a decrease in volume flow, along with excessive heating of the caloric fluid, thus causing lubrication problems and abnormal wear of the compressors and their premature destruction. Task to be accomplished: Professional dismantling of caloric systems, dismantling and professional handling of refrigerant. Delivery of the dismantled items to the location indicated by the customer. Replacement of broken compressors, control units and cooling fan motors. Refilling the dismantled caloric systems, carrying out the necessary pressure tests. Documented performance of service tests for repaired equipment. Water-side chemical cleaning of plate heat exchangers. For both systems, the installation of the missing sludge separator and filter fittings on the water side.
