Lot 3 on ‘Supply of an additional data system’, which is assigned on the basis of Article 20(4) of the Public Procurement Act in conjunction with Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act. Tenders shall be submitted only for Lot 1 and the requirements set out in this documentation to the procedure referred to in Article 18(1)(1) of the Public Procurement Act shall apply to it.
