What the buyer is looking for
The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a multi-supplier Framework Agreement. A framework agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which individual contracts may or may not be awarded during a specified period. Donegal County Council is inviting suitably qualified service providers to deliver specialist digital mentoring under the SVNP. Services include business discovery and diagnostic support, action planning, one-to-one mentoring, group mentoring, practical demonstration, guided implementation, use of hub infrastructure and equipment, knowledge transfer, referral support, monitoring and assignment-level reporting.
