… In addition, the customer decides separately on the possible service agreement and its scope before the end of the warranty period. The contracting entity selects one supplier whose solution is the best (most economically advantageous) in terms of price-quality ratio. The procurement volumes indicated in the invitation to tender are estimated consumption volumes and will be communicated to the tenderers only in support of the submission of the tender. A contract does not constitute an obligation on the part of the contracting entity to make a final purchase, but actual consumption may be higher or lower. The wellbeing services county will allocate the budget for procurements under this call for tenders each year separately. Procurement is carried out each year within the limits of the budget. If no appropriation is granted in a given year, no procurements will be made in accordance with the procurement decision in that year.
