… phasing and securing the school's operations for the contract. The client considers only changes to the plan for the final implementation to be additional and modification work. All temporary solutions and the costs caused by them are the responsibility of the contractor. The overall form of the contract has been chosen due to the scope of the project, the long implementation period and the manageability of the whole project. The contract format supports the efficient management of the project and the management of schedule, costs and quality. The most significant special feature of the implementation of the project is that the school and kindergarten are in use throughout the construction project, supported by evasive space solutions. Occupational safety, site logistics, user safety and undisturbed teaching and early childhood education are the key success factors of the project. The contract must be completed in stages as follows. The construction work must be completed and received in stages (indoor facilities), and the commissioning review of the construction supervision for the phase must be carried out: • Construction works phase 1. (kindergarten) 22.12.2027 • Construction works phase 2. (school, old part) 22.12.2028 • Construction phase 3. (school new part) 1.8.2029 • The renovation of the school's kitchen must be done between 1.6-15.8 2028. Milestones for yard works: • Escort traffic area and kindergarten playground completed and received on 31.7.2027 Total contract with façade, roof and yard completed and received on 3.12.2029.
