… the construction of 2- to 3-storey dwellings as well as a separate one-level building with approximately 8 special dwellings. The homes must be designed with a focus on functionality, accessibility and high housing quality, including good lighting conditions, appropriate layout solutions and clear divisions between private and shared living areas. The development must be integrated into the existing landscape and adapted to the nature of the area, including existing plantings, terrain and green structures. It is required that the project supports a cohesive residential environment with attractive outdoor areas, where private gardens, common outdoor areas and existing landscape elements are bound together naturally. The tender also includes the establishment of related infrastructure, including roads, parking as well as common facilities such as a common house and living areas. Particular attention shall be paid to existing natural conditions, including conservation-worthy trees and registered animal species, which have an impact on the disposition of building sites and land. Emphasis is placed on the fact that, through design and execution, the tenderer contributes to realising the client's vision of a sustainable, architecturally coherent and socially inclusive residential area, where a good framework is created for both community and private life. Given that the project is subject to a financial framework, and given that the tender documents are at the initial construction programme level, describing the task, the special wishes and visions for design, functional content and constructive construction, and thus describe/summarize in headings what needs to be solved, it is the client's expectation that the financial estimate complies with a total target amount of: DKK 102,960,000 incl. VAT and incl. contribution margin.

Såfremt Ansøger angiver referencer i både ESPD og i særskilt referenceark – og der ikke er overensstemmelse imellem disse – vil referencer blive identificeret på baggrund af de fem (5) første referencer angivet i ESPD'-et(erne). Referencerne må højest være to (2) A4-sider pr. reference, inkl. mellemrum, figurer mv. Fylder ansøgningen mere end to (2) A4-sider, vil det udelukkende være de 2 første sider der bliver lagt til grund for evalueringen. Bemærk at beskrivelsen af referencerne vil blive anvendt til såvel vurdering af opfyldelse af mindstekrav, jf. nærværende afsnit, samt til vurdering af de objektive kriterier for valg af bedst egnede Ansøgere, jf. afsnit 9.9, hvorfor det er vigtigt, at referencerne indeholder oplysninger, som viser overholdelsen af de nedenfor beskrevne mindstekrav, samt oplysninger, som kan tillægges positiv vægt i udvælgelsen af bedst egnede ansøgere. Ved vurderingen af, hvilke Ansøgere der har dokumenteret det mest relevante erfaringsgrundlag, vil der blive lagt vægt på referencer vedrørende arbejder, der er udført inden for de seneste fem (5) år regnet fra ansøgningsfristen. Såvel afsluttede som igangværende referenceprojekter kan indgå i vurderingen. Referenceprojekter, som er afsluttet (afleveret), eller hvor størstedelen af arbejdet er udført, vægtes højere end referenceprojekter, der netop er påbegyndt, eller hvor kun en mindre del af arbejderne er udført. For igangværende referenceprojekter vil der alene blive lagt vægt på de arbejder, som faktisk er udført på ansøgningstidspunktet. Ansøger skal opfylde følgende mindstekrav til teknisk og/eller faglig formåen: • Entrepriseerfaring Ansøger skal kunne påvise mindst én (1) reference på opførelse af et alment boligbyggeri eller lignende støttet byggeri, f.eks. familie-, pleje-, ældre eller ungdomsboliger gennemført i totalentreprise med en entreprisesum på mindst 50 mio. kr. inkl. moms. • Arkitektprojektering Ansøger skal kunne påvise mindst én (1) reference på vedrørende arkitektprojektering af alment boligbyggeri eller lignende støttet byggeri, f.eks. familie-, pleje-, ældre eller ungdomsboliger • Ingeniørprojektering Ansøger skal kunne påvise mindst én (1) reference på vedrørende ingeniørprojektering af alment boligbyggeri eller lignende støttet byggeri, f.eks. familie-, pleje-, ældre eller ungdomsboliger. Ovenstående behøver ikke være gældende i en og samme reference. Det betyder, at Ansøger godt kan aflevere f.eks. tre (3) særskilte referencer, der samlet set opfylder ovenstående 3 betingelser.
