… that tasks covered by the contract are carried out with regard to the environment and climate and biodiversity, and that efforts are actively made to reduce the environmental and climate impact in the execution of tasks covered by the contract. The addresses concerned are predominantly characterized by being technical installations and installations, where the focus for the execution of tasks associated with the care and cleanliness of green areas will primarily be on the fact that the green plants support the functional and technical nature of the plant, but the addresses are also wanted to appear representatively neat. Such circumstances are duly reflected in the procuring entity’s care plans. Please note that the tender also includes maintenance of rainwater basins, which will generally be surrounded by natural grass and/or common grass. Please also note that maintenance of rainwater basins may require a derogation from Section 3 of the Nature Conservation Act. The contracting entity shall be responsible for and ensure all contacts with relevant authorities in this regard. By winter service means the preventive action, in the form of anti-slip and snow removal at the Contracting Party's addresses, cf. the Contracting Party's care plans, where the Contracting Party is continuously responsible for carrying out an independent assessment of the specific need derived from the weather, as well as the performance and implementation of the tasks associated with anti-slip and snow removal, cf. Contract Annex 1 - Requirements specification.
