What the buyer is looking for
The municipality of Gooise Meren intends to organise, in cooperation with the Muiderberg Heat Company, a tender for the implementation of the Muiderberg Programme. The Muiderberg Programme consists of six sub-projects. These sub-projects consist partly of large-scale refurbishments and sewer replacements and partly of less large-scale maintenance (restrates, small-scale sewer repairs and the like). The municipality of Gooise Meren sees opportunities to possibly combine the maintenance work described above and the construction of the heat network, in order to prevent the construction of the heat network (at a later date) from degeneration of public space and to exploit opportunities with regard to efficiency and reduction of transaction costs. 6 plots / districts in Muiderberg. Optional construction of heat network. · Plots are: A) Kocherplantsoen B) Brink C) Dorpsstraat D) Tesselschadelaan E) Buitendijke F) Van der Helstpark 6 plots / districts in Muiderberg.
