… the subsequent contractor that go beyond the core range. The marginal range includes articles of the following product groups: consumables (oils and lubricants), consumables, automotive spare and wear parts, workshop equipment. The marginal range must be submitted on the basis of a digital dealer catalogue or an item list of the bidder, including the discounts granted per product group. A specification of the scope of the actual marginal range is made between the client and the contractor after the award of the contract. Other persons entitled to call on this framework agreement will be the 6 police directorates of the State of Lower Saxony, the State Criminal Police Office of Lower Saxony, the police academies and the State Police of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen.
