The system is used for the separation, detection and quantification of organic compounds in complex matrices and must support integration into the central chromatography data system (CDS). · Procurement, delivery, installation, commissioning, integration, training, documentation, warranty and support of an LC-MS Single Quadrupole system with integrated liquid chromatography front end. The system is used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of small molecules, metabolites and impurities as well as the implementation of high-throughput screening workflows including flow injection analysis (FIA). Integration into the central chromatography data system (CDS) shall be ensured. · Procurement, supply, installation, commissioning, integration, training, documentation, warranty and support of a semi-preparative HPLC system for isolation, purification and recovery of organic compounds in the milligram to gram range. The system must support automated and traceable fraction collection, purification workflows, and integration with the central chromatography data system (CDS).
