The contracting authority aims to digitally modernise its individual agendas. One of those agendas is the parking policy of the City of Olomouc (‘PPMO’). Currently, the territorial scope of the parking policy is only valid for two parking zones (A and B). In the planned extension to zones C and D (including their sub-areas), it is also necessary to modify and strengthen the existing part of the PPMO, which takes care of the registration of parking permits. … current trends. The provision of parking permit registration system services must also meet all current legislative and security requirements. The subject-matter of this contract is: a) carrying out an analysis of the requirements, processing and implementing the target concept, establishing and commissioning the Portal Solution for the Registration of Parking Permissions (hereinafter referred to as the ‘PPMO Portal Solution’), data migration, testing, conducting training, granting licences and providing all other related performance required for the proper commissioning of the PPMO Portal Solution; b) providing the PPMO Portal Solution as a service (in service mode), ensuring its maintenance and support, providing the IT infrastructure necessary for the operation of the PPMO Portal Solution; c) provision of development services, analytical and methodological services, implementation of change requirements and provision of other related fulfilments based on the requirements of the contracting authority. A more detailed specification of the subject-matter of the performance is contained in the relevant parts of the tender specifications (‘the Tender Specification’), in particular Annex 2 and Annex 3 to the Tender Specification. The types of parking permits are described in general in Annex 12 of the ZD. Types of parking permits may change over time.
