… are not and will not be classified as evacuation lifts under this contract when the completed lifts are handed over. However, the contracting authority requires that the lifts of the lift shaft and their accessories be designed, constructed and put into operation in a manner corresponding to the requirements laid down in Articles 9.6.5 and 8.10.5 of ČSN 73 0802 evacuation lifts. • Lifts must be implemented, handed over and operated in the ‘Open protocol’ mode - Prohibition of software and hardware locks (e.g. time bombs) that would block the lift over time. • Lifts must be implemented, handed over and operated in such a way as to ensure a service life of at least 15 years from the date of handover and receipt of the Lift (Work) and the contractor will ensure full availability of all spare parts, components, consumables and diagnostic elements necessary for the proper operation, maintenance, repair, revision and servicing of the Lift throughout the planned service life. The subject of the contract includes servicing, inspections and inspections necessary for operation for a period of 60 months from the handover of the completed work specified in Annex No. 3 to the contract – Warranty Service Conditions)
