What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the public contract is a change in the layout of parts of the 1.N.P. – 7.N.P. buildings B1, B2, and the related implementation of new electrical wiring, low-voltage wiring, ZTI wiring, HVAC wiring, medical gases, repair of the structure of the truss and roof. The construction plan consists in adjusting the internal layouts for building new operations (Urgent reception, Eye department, Orthopaedics, Gynecology and Obstetrics department). Furthermore, new medical rooms will be implemented as part of the project. Interventions in the load-bearing system are minimal. The existing envelope of the building does not change, only the necessary local repairs, partial replacement of window openings and insulation of the affected parts of the roofs with replacement of the roofing and reconstruction of the trusses will take place. The new internal division is designed primarily using…

… lightweight plasterboard structures that meet the high demands on acoustics and fire safety of medical buildings. Interior surfaces (floors, walls, suspended ceilings) are designed with an emphasis on hygiene, easy cleanability and durability, typical for clean operations and hospital standard (ceramic cladding in rooms most demanding on surface washability, washable coatings and epoxy screeds). Heating, ventilation and cooling The heating is connected to the existing central source of the complex. Ventilation of the main plants is solved as forced equal pressure with heat recovery, while for operating and intervention halls it is supplemented by HEPA filtration and precise pressure cascade. The cooling of the living rooms is local (VRV and SPLIT systems). Heavy current and light current Installations will be carried out completely new. High-current circuits are strictly divided according to importance, including the establishment of a medical isolated system (ZIS) for critical beds. Weak current systems provide standard data infrastructure, security (CCTV, ECV), fire protection (EPS, NZS) and patient-sister communication system. Due to the measurement of the current power consumption of the B1B2 building, it is necessary to replace the NN wiring between the B1B2 building and the energy center. It is solved in a separate part PD – IO01 – Replacement of NN distributions. Medicinal gases and medical technology Distribution of medigases will use existing central sources, but their internal distribution and end elements will be completely new. The departments will be equipped with modern wall ramps or quick couplings, ceiling tripods and heavy bridges that fully integrate the gas, energy and data supply directly to the patient's bed or operating table. The requirements for the scope of the subject of performance and the conditions for its implementation are specified in detail and in a binding manner in the following annexes to the tender documents: in Annex 1 – Draft Contract for Work (Terms and Conditions), in Annex 5 – Schedule of Works with Statement of Assessments (item budget), in Annex 6 – Project Documentation.
