The initially planned spectrum may be partially modified and new medical devices may be added in the course of the dynamic system. Quantities are indicative. The contracting authority is not obliged to purchase the quantities specified in the spectrum. Successful candidates, following an invitation, may submit a tender for one or more units and may not submit a tender. DSP FUNCTION OF TWO STAGES: First stage (initial collection of requests to participate): Qualification of suppliers (admission of suppliers to the system). Requests to participate are collected at this stage. Requests to participate (ESPD) shall contain information on the personal situation of the candidates and the selection criteria. Deadline for submission of initial applications - 12.12.2023 The examination of the initial applications for participation will be carried out within 15 working days from the deadline for submission of initial applications, after which the Contracting Authority shall determine by a Selection Decision the qualified suppliers. After the entry into force of the Selection Decision, a second stage of the procedure follows. Second stage /collection of tenders for specific calls/: Subsequently, a call for tenders for a specific procurement is sent to those suppliers that have been qualified/admitted. The offers contain a technical and price offer. According to Article 39(1) of the PPZOP, by submitting a tender, candidates are deemed to agree to all the terms and conditions of the contracting authority, including the period of validity of the tenders and the draft contract. A call for a specific contract will not be launched until all initial applications submitted within the above deadline have been considered. For specific calls, tenders will be ranked by a programme that will be accessible and free of charge to all applicants. Unrestricted, full and direct access to the procurement documents is ensured throughout the duration of the DPS. *Stakeholders can submit applications for admission/inclusion in the DPS at any time. The client will review the new proposals twice a month (1st and 15th of the month) or every two weeks once. The contracting authority will issue a decision on the admission of candidates to the DPS. After each examination of the applications, the Contracting Authority issues a Selection Decision by which the qualified suppliers join the DPS.
