… contract for each lot shall enter into force from the date of its registration in the Client's case management system. Items supplied must be: new and unused and free from delivery defects. The delivery period is up to 60 calendar days from the date of registration of the contract at the Registry of the Assignor. The Assignor shall pay by bank transfer the price of each delivered delivery within 30 (thirty) days after the following documents have been duly drawn up and signed with the Assignor, cumulatively: a) bilaterally signed without remarks Acceptance and delivery protocol and b) Original invoice for the value of the delivered delivery. The invoice must state the contract number and the name of the relevant unit/program/contract. Payment is made under the terms and conditions specified in the contract. · The subject of the lot is: “Supply of books and textbooks to foreign publishers for TU – Sofia and the exported units”. Includes the delivery of 148 new books and textbooks to foreign publishers, specified in the Technical Specification, part of the documentation. All quantities, characteristics and requirements are specified in the Technical Specification of the documentation for participation.
