… vending machines for nicotine and tobacco products, including technical services and replenishment of products. Technical service means that the tenderer is responsible for all permits to sell nicotine and tobacco products, that all legal requirements for both sales and vending machines are complied with, as well as for servicing, repairs, cleaning, handling complaints, wastage and other things necessary to ensure good operational safety and functionality. Eligible units are all SiS LVM homes. Call-offs are carried out, if necessary, by the respective LVM home. The need for assortment in vending machines may distinguish between different LVM homes, for example different ranges of nicotine and tobacco products such as cigarettes and snus. The contract value for this procurement is set at SEK 9,000,000 and the ceiling volume is limited to SEK 11,000,000. SiS does not guarantee any volumes, bidders undertake to deliver against the actual need that arises. The above values are for guidance only. The future need may fall below the above-mentioned ceiling volumes. Preliminary contract period is from 2026-12-16 to 2028-12-15. The Customer then has the right, but not the obligation, to extend the Agreement for one (1) year at a time for a total of two (2) years. The contract period can therefore run until 2030-12-15 at the latest. The Agreement is automatically extended for one (1) year at a time unless the Customer notifies otherwise no later than three (3) months before the Agreement expires.
