What the buyer is looking for
The purpose of this contract is to contract one contractor who is fully responsible for the management and operation of the De Groote Lucht transit depot. The contractor shall ensure safe, efficient and permit-compliant reception, temporary storage, maturation, administration and removal of land. This completely unburdens Delfland in the depot management; Delfland remains solely responsible for the supply of its own dredging spoil to the depot. The estimated value of the contract is approximately EUR 300,000 excluding VAT per year. This estimate is based on an expected annual quantity of at least 20,000 m3 of dredging spoil. Although the depot has a storage capacity of approximately 20,000 m3 of dredging spoil, the total amount of dredging spoil that can be processed during the contract period is partly determined by the lead time of processing activities, but must be at least 20,000 m3 per year.
