What the buyer is looking for
Procurement of 12 ventilators for the interdisciplinary operative intensive care unit in the St. Vincenz Krankehaus Limburg · In the interdisciplinary operative intensive care unit, there is a comprehensive need for modernization of the ventilation technology. The existing devices partially reach the end of their life cycle and no longer fully meet the current technical and functional requirements. As part of this procurement procedure, 12 new ventilators will be procured. … conditions as well as the corresponding dimensional specifications and connection parameters must be taken into account. In addition, the new systems must meet the current intensive care requirements and enable safe invasive and non-invasive ventilation. In addition, full integration into the existing IT and documentation structure must be ensured. The renewal of the devices increases the security of supply, reduces the risk of failure and sustainably strengthens the quality of intensive care treatment. After the offer phase, a central presentation round at the St. Vincenz Hospital Limburg is planned to improve the comparability of the ventilators offered. As part of the joint equipment exhibition, all tenderers will present their proposed ventilators in direct comparison. The timetable will be announced during the tender phase. Subsequently, short negotiations with the respective companies take place in order to clarify open points and to enable enquiries. These one-on-one meetings are scheduled for 15 minutes each and take place on the same day.
