The existing PV systems, including grid connection, medium-voltage infrastructure, parking control, EZA controller, telecontrol technology, plant certification, shall be further used and extended accordingly by the contractor. The contractor shall be required to have a fully functional, operational and certifiable overall plant condition (PV+BESS system) including all technical, planning and administrative services required for this purpose. After the complete construction and acceptance of the BESS system, the Contractor will carry out the full maintenance (service activities for maintenance, inspections, fault removal or repair and spare parts management including guarantees) for the BESS system.
