What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the contract is the provision of the following services by the contractor: i. delivery of the agenda information system (hereinafter referred to as "PORT") consisting in the gradual development and implementation of PORT, which means its gradual creation, development and implementation into the server and communication infrastructure provided by the supplier for its operation; and ii. ensuring the operation of PORT, including the provision of server and communication infrastructure provided by the supplier for its operation and ensuring cooperation in the migration of data from the current software solution used by the contracting authority to PORT, with the understanding that this infrastructure will be a cloud computing service within the meaning of Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on public administration information systems and on amendments to certain other acts, as amended.…
