… provision of related services, namely: - delivery and implementation of the HBK System – analysis and projection of financial position and indicators; - services leading to the successful implementation of the HBK System – Analysis and projection of financial position and indicators; - providing long-term support and maintenance and minor development for a period of 4 years from the implementation of the HBK System – Analysis and projection of financial position and indicators. On the basis of the Treaties, the subject of the Public Contract will be implemented, with one supplier whose tender will be evaluated as the most economically advantageous on the basis of the evaluation of the tenders. HBK system – Analysis and projection of financial position and indicators The HBK system – Analysis and projection of financial position and indicators is a technological solution, i.e. a system / application or functional component that allows: - Analysis and projection based on input financial and non-financial data in accordance with applicable accounting standards (CAS, IFRS); (Analysis and projection refers to the systematic examination and evaluation of financial data about an entity, its projection into the future, its assets, liabilities, income, costs, and management. Projection of some indicators into the future. It is used to assess the financial health, performance and stability of the entity and to detect risks and opportunities for further decision-making.) - minimization of manual user intervention, i.e. maximum possible automation of individual process parts; - provision of unified outputs of the performed Analysis and Projection; - user-friendly and intuitive operation.
