What the buyer is looking for

The subject of the public contract is the supply, implementation and subsequent provision of technical support for the ASV (Automated Security Validation) system solution as a platform installed locally (on-premise) on the contracting authority’s infrastructure, for the automatic validation of security and evaluation of security risks within the contracting authority’s cyber environment (hereinafter referred to as the ‘ASV system’). The ASV system will enable the client's security analysts to effectively test security resilience and respond to non-compliance with security standards. It will also serve to fulfil the requirement to ensure a cybersecurity system pursuant to Act No. 264/2025 Coll., on Cybersecurity, as amended. The provision of technical support services for the ASV system will be for a period of 48 months from the date of construction and acceptance of the ASV system by the contracting authority (i.e. from the date of commencement of live operation of the ASV system).
