… of operation in the event of operational failures. Part of the solution is an automated backup system at the image level and at the file and database level, which is implemented by Veeam tools. The environment is under the active support of manufacturers (valid maintenance) and under the active SLA of a key hospital information system supplier. The subject of the procurement is the addition of the platform in the form of a separate new cluster located in two locations, as well as the current solution, the service will be provided by a qualified person responsible for the coordination and management of the delivered project. The new platform will serve to host new modern applications whose increased demands on computing power and capacity are not enough to cover the current solution. The contracting authority requires the supply of exclusively new unused goods – hardware equipment and licences, will not accept used or remanufactured equipment or licences. The equipment must be intended for distribution in the Slovak Republic. The technical details of the required equipment are specified in the Detailed technical specification of the subject of the contract. The offered subject of the contract must comply with the defined technical specification. Where, in the specification of the subject-matter of the contract, a summary of some of those parameters or a range of parameters would identify the product of a particular manufacturer, the contracting authority shall allow the possibility of submitting an equivalent tender, provided that such subject-matter of the contract meets the requirements for utility, operational and functional characteristics that are necessary to ensure the purpose for which the subject-matter of the contract is intended. The burden of proof for the identification of the product of a particular manufacturer and the fulfilment of the utility, operational and functional characteristics is on the interested party. The candidate guarantees the functionality of the subject-matter of the contract by supplying and valuing all components that are part of the subject-matter of the contract, including those that are not specified in the description of the subject-matter of the contract and that are directly or indirectly related to the functionality of the subject-matter of the contract. The contracting authority will be pleased if the candidate also indicates parameters that are not included in the specification and may have a significant impact on the quality, operating costs and durability of the subject-matter of the contract. All services offered must comply with the relevant requirements set out in EU legislation.
