… INK/44/19/2024 for the Contractor/Insured shall be 00.00 hours, but from 1 January 2027 until 31 December 2028 at the earliest, which may be extended 1 time for a further 12 months. Initiation of the extension: no later than 5 (five) months before the expiry date of 31 December 2028, by written declaration to that effect received by the Insurer by the Contracting Party/Insured, to which the Insurer may also respond negatively no later than 15 (fifteen) days after receipt.
