The subject-matter of the contract shall include: Supply of food products as follows: bread and bakery products, meat and meat products, milk and dairy products, fruits and vegetables, spices and other food products, upon prior request from the Client. The types of food specified in the Technical Specification - Annex No 1 of the documentation are estimated by quantity and the Contracting Authority is not obliged to use them in full, as well as may request other products beyond those specified within the maximum value under the concluded contract, the price of which will be indicated in a price list provided by the Contractor with the given items at each request, to which will be applied the percentage trade discount specified by him in his price offer (Annex No3). The requirements are specified in the Technical Specification - Annex 1 of the documentation.
