Supply of parts, consumables and freon for air conditioning and refrigeration installations for the needs of the MMA and its subordinate structures by lot

… in the Technical Specification are indicative/estimated and the supplies depend on the current needs of the MMA. The contracting authority has no obligation to declare (order) the entire quantity and/or all nomenclatures. Within the term of the contract, the Client, depending on his current needs, will declare the quantities of goods he needs until the estimated value is reached. The Employer reserves the right, if necessary: - to change the quantities of goods specified in the Technical Specification according to their needs; - to refuse the delivery of certain types of goods included in the specification in case of suspension of production, structural changes in the MMA, as well as when the need to provide a specified type of goods ceases to exist; - to request new species that are not included in the technical specification, but are in fulfillment of the subject of the public procurement; * "New species" refers to: upon suspension from production and/or import of the offered goods, which are equivalent to the types of goods included in the technical specification and meet the requirements of the Employer. · The subject of this public procurement is “supply” within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the PPA. The scope, volume and requirements for the performance of the contract under the lot are described and regulated in the Technical Specification, PART 2 of the documentation for participation. The contract covers the performance of activities for the periodic supply of parts and consumables for air-conditioning installations for the needs of the MMA and its subordinate structures in the country, by type and quantity, for which characteristics and requirements are presented in the Technical Specification (Annex 1.1), an integral part of the documentation. Deliveries of the goods under the lot will be made periodically, after receiving preliminary written requests from the Assignor. The quantities indicated in the Technical Specifications are indicative/estimated and the deliveries depend on the current needs of the MMA. The contracting authority has no obligation to declare (order) the entire quantity and/or all nomenclatures. Within the duration of the contract, the Contracting Authority, depending on its current needs, will request the necessary quantities of goods until the estimated value of the lot is reached.
