… equipment, as well as with the multimedia equipment necessary for disseminating the research results and carrying out the conference and technological transfer activities of the Centre. The subject matter of the contract is structured in 3 separate lots, as follows Lot 1: Motion Capture Systems and Mixed Reality Lot 2: IT systems (computers and peripherals) Lot 3: Multimedia equipment, conference systems, video/audio display and recording The delivery of the products will be made at the headquarters of the "Gheorghe Asachi" Technical University of Iasi, Iasi County Note: *The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 14 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, insofar as the requests are submitted within the deadline specified in chapter I.1. (20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders) · LOT 1 — Motion capture systems and mixed reality Within this lot, the following equipment is intended to be purchased: 1. Professional system for capturing body movements in horizontal and vertical plane = 1 pcs 2. Smart glasses for creating applications using mixed reality, specific to the textile industry = 3 pcs Detailed technical specifications can be found in the Specifications. All technical specifications in the tender documentation (national standards transposing European standards, European technical assessments, common technical specifications, international standards, other technical reference systems established by the European standardisation bodies) shall be read as ‘or equivalent’. · LOT 2 — Information systems (computers and peripherals) Within this lot, the following equipment is intended to be purchased: 1. Computer system with desktop and peripherals = 9 pcs 2. Laptop = 1 pc Detailed technical specifications can be found in the Specifications.
