Να έχει μελετήσει και κατασκευάσει νέους Υποσταθμούς ονομαστικής τάσης 132kV ή μεγαλύτερης και εγκατεστημένης ισχύος τουλάχιστον 20MVA ή/και αβ. Να έχει μελετήσει και κατασκευάσει επέκταση σε υπάρχοντες Υποσταθμούς, με πύλη Μ/Σ ισχύος ονομαστικής τάσης 132kV ή μεγαλύτερης και εγκατεστημένης ισχύος της επέκτασης τουλάχιστον 20MVA. Τα εν λόγω έργα θα πρέπει να έχουν τεθεί σε εμπορική λειτουργία και να λειτουργούν ικανοποιητικά για τουλάχιστον δύο (2) έτη. και β. Όσον αφορά στην κατασκευή Έργων Πολιτικού Μηχανικού, ο Προσφέρων θα προτείνει με την Προσφορά του Υπεργολάβου ή Υπεργολάβους, που να έχει/ έχουν εκτελέσει οικοδομικές εργασίες σε Υ/Σ ΥΤ- ΜΤ, εφόσον ο ίδιος δεν διαθέτει τα απαιτούμενα προσόντα και εμπειρία. Σε κάθε περίπτωση (ο ίδιος ή ο Υπεργολάβος) μπορούν να είναι: Ελληνικές Εργοληπτικές Επιχειρήσεις εγγεγραμμένες στο Μητρώο Εργοληπτικών Επιχειρήσεων (Μ.Ε.ΕΠ.) και στα νομαρχιακά μητρώα στην κατηγορία για Έργα Οικοδομικά και Κατασκευαστικές Επιχειρήσεις άλλων χωρών (χωρών της ΕΕ ή/και άλλων χωρών) που είναι γραμμένες σε αντίστοιχο Επαγγελματικό Μητρώο της χώρας τους, για κατηγορίες Έργων ανάλογες με αυτό που δημοπρατείται και οι οποίες, σύμφωνα με τη νομοθεσία που ισχύει στη χώρα τους, μπορούν να αναλάβουν την εκτέλεση τέτοιων Έργων. Αναφορικά με τον βασικό ηλεκτρομηχανολογικό εξοπλισμό του Έργου απαιτείται να βρίσκεται σε πλήρη συμμόρφωση με τις παρακάτω αναγραφόμενες προϋποθέσεις προκειμένου να γίνει τεχνικά αποδεκτός. Σημειώνεται ότι ως βασικός ηλεκτρομηχανολογικός εξοπλισμός ορίζεται: Α. Οι τριπολικοί διακόπτες 170kV. Β. Οι Μ/Σ ισχύος 150/21 kV. Γ. Tο σύστημα αλλαγής Τάσης υπό φορτίο (OLTC) των Μ/Σ ισχύος. Δ. Οι αυτόματοι διακόπτες 20kV υπαιθρίου τύπου. Ε. Οι Μεταλλοενδεδυμένοι Πίνακες 20kV. ΣΤ. Οι κύριοι Η/Ν προστασίας/ΨΜΕΠ. Ζ. Το Ψηφιακό Σύστημα Ελέγχου.
