Häme University of Applied Sciences Ltd (HAMK) is looking for a company that independently produces tourism services for its Mustiala campus. Häme University of Applied Sciences offers facilities related to operations at a low rent compared to operating costs, which is specified in more detail in the tender documents. In addition to tourism activities, such as the provision of accommodation, programme and event services, the agreement also includes the possibility of offering restaurant services in the brewery restaurant on campus and brewing beer in the same premises. The contract will be concluded for a fixed term from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029. The agreement can then be extended for a two-year option period from 1 January 2030 to 31 December 2031. The use of the option is mutually agreed between the parties. The agreement may be terminated by both parties with six (6) months' notice.
